MORNINGTON PENINSULA & SOUTH-EAST MELBOURNE
PHYSIOTHERAPY THAT COMES TO YOU · SINCE 2017
ABOUT PENINSULA HOME PHYSIO
Physiotherapy is personal. It starts with understanding the person, the life they want to lead and the support that will help them participate in it.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Since 2017, Peninsula Home Physio has supported older adults and people living with disability across the Mornington Peninsula and South-East Melbourne.
Our focus is on the abilities that matter in daily life: moving around home, getting out into the community and participating in activities you value. Sometimes the goal is to regain an ability. Sometimes it is to maintain it or adapt as needs change.
We aim to make care clear and collaborative, with recommendations grounded in assessment, evidence and your priorities.
SERVICE AREAS & FUNDING

Follow through on the plan, communicate clearly and raise concerns early. We take responsibility for our part in your care and work with the people supporting you.

Listen carefully, notice the details and make recommendations relevant to your home and routine. A practical adjustment can matter as much as a new exercise.

Stay curious, reflect on our decisions and keep learning. We review how your plan is working and adjust it as your needs change.

Founder & Director · Physiotherapist
Sandeep brings over 15 years of physiotherapy experience to his work with older adults and people living with disability. His focus is on practical care that supports mobility, independence and participation in everyday life.
He believes good care begins with listening, continues through thoughtful clinical decisions and depends on following through. These principles shape both his own practice and the standards he encourages across the team.
For Sandeep, professional growth means continually improving the quality and usefulness of the care provided: reflecting, learning and paying attention to the details. Since establishing Peninsula Home Physio in 2017, he has placed these values at the centre of the practice.
Outside work, Sandeep is a pickleball enthusiast who enjoys swimming, gym training and quality time with his family.

Warm and encouraging, Taarini takes time to understand each person’s routines, challenges and goals. She values the everyday changes that matter, from standing up more easily to feeling less afraid to move.
